Please list the name/s of collaborating artists or teachers. This should be someone/s who will be a collaborating partner and co-creator of your event or class. If you are hiring or curating other artists/educators to support your project, you don't need to list them as collaborators, but mention them in your proposal.

Please describe the event or class you would like to lead. What makes your proposal exciting to you in form and content? Please include a brief timeline of when you would perform/teach. (As a reminder, events/teaching should take place by May 2021; we need to balance the calendar so we may ask you to be flexible with dates, and priority may be given to projects that could be shared earlier rather than later in the timeline.)

Please share 3 examples of your relevant artistic or teaching work; a resume/CV; and a simple proposed budget. If you are proposing a class, please send examples of syllabi or course descriptions, even informal. The maximum stipend we can award is $1500. Your budget does not need to be highly detailed, but should include: your artist/educator’s fee (which can be up to $750); any fees for collaborators or other artists; fees for materials or supplies. You can make your budget in whatever program works for you, but please make it easily legible and send it as a PDF file.
